Camilla Hellberg knows what it means to step away from acting—and what it takes to return.
After a seven-year absence from the stage, Camilla came back to her craft not by chasing momentum, but by listening deeply to what had changed in her voice, body, and sense of self.
That return resulted in The Tripod Trilogy, a solo performance project that became both an artistic milestone and a living laboratory for her ongoing research into acting, presence, and choice.
This lived experience—of leaving, losing orientation, and consciously returning—is at the heart of her ability to guide other performers through the same threshold.

Camilla Hellberg is a Finnish-Swedish performer based in Stockholm and the founder of Relevant Intuition Company through which she creates performing arts, music, film, mixed media works, as well as coaching and courses.
She works actively in the Nordics and internationally as an actor, playwright, Associate Teacher of Fitzmaurice Voicework, and mentor in energy regulation and intuitive practices.
She is also a founding member of the free theatre group Ruikuttajat! in Finland.

Camilla’s teaching does not come from theory alone—it comes from embodied practice, artistic risk, and sustained inquiry.
Her work is grounded in decades of performance experience, voice training, and mentoring artists through moments of transition, burnout, and reorientation.
Her artistic research, currently titled When the Fabric of Our Being Is Beginning to Emerge: Acting Through the Tripod, explores acting and performance as three interwoven forces:
Confession – facing what we have power over
Prayer – facing what we have no power over
Bazaar – understanding the price of our choices
This tripod forms the foundation of how Camilla approaches acting—not as a fixed identity, but as a living relationship between responsibility, surrender, and exchange.
For performers returning to their craft, this framework offers clarity without rigidity, depth without dogma, and permission to work honestly with where they are now.

Camilla creates spaces that are precise, spacious, and deeply respectful of the performer’s autonomy. She does not offer quick fixes or external validation. Instead, she supports artists in restoring self-trust, reclaiming voice, regulating energy, and making conscious creative choices.
Having rebuilt her own artistic life after time away, Camilla understands the vulnerability of returning—and the strength it requires. Her guidance is rooted in compassion, discipline, and a profound belief in the intelligence of the performer.
This work is not about becoming someone else.
It is about returning—with more clarity, agency, and truth—to who you already are.
